I could say this is the best B&B in the orikum. Vasila and Alice are couple very kind, speaking fluently italian (I understand, but not couldn't speak too much :(, otherwise they will share many stories with you. Vasila shared with us how he made his house, the garden, little by little, for years. We could see from every detail of his house, good quality, and beautiful garden, the plants, etc. I am fascniated with his experience of the Chinese short vlogger Li Ziqi, how he was inspirated by her videos. Good people, and very good example to the Orikum City which needs something to upgrade the city. By the way, you should try Alice's breakfast, totally home-made, and delicious. Thank you, I am sure if we go to Orikum, will stay there

Everything was perfect !! As in the pictures, with a/c working, sparkling clean and so much love from the host. She waited us even it was very late and help us solving some issue, she did that dedicating some private time. Parking slot is a private one in front of the house which was very convenient to unload/load the car.

Could not recommend this stay more. The room was much larger than expected, the kitchen was well stocked and spotless. Large and very clean bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the room had a great view.
The best host we have stayed with, super friendly and helpful. He was kind enough to let us use the coffee machine, washing machine and had delicious pastries for us in the morning. Clear instructions for finding property

A truly great apartment. Lovingly furnished with just about everything you need including kitchen supplies. It is beautifully decorated and has very comfortable sofa and beds. The surroundings are lovely, the beach is beautiful with small soft white pebbles. It is wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the mountains and the sunset for example. Orikum itself is a lovely pretty calm place with mostly locals. Our host is very kind and helpful and gives great advice on where to go and what to do. We highly recommend this apartment.
MIQT is run by the incredibly friendly Alban and Dardan brothers, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The place is right on the beach, so you can enjoy the free beach access just steps away. The bungalows are cozy and perfect for a stay, but don't expect luxury.
We visited during the off-season, so the kitchen wasn't open. However they suggested to buy wild fish from a local fisherman, and they prepared it up for us.
Generally we really enjoyed our stay there.
A wonderful place, quiet and super convenient. Some 10 Point hosts, very welcoming and professional. Everything is as described and looks exactly as promoted. Kitchen has everything that you need. Appliances are new with Air Conditioners.

I recently stayed at Sea & Sun Apartment in Orikum and it was fantastic. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from the balcony was a lovely bonus.
The location was perfect—quiet yet close to shops and very close to the beach. The host was responsive and provided great local tips. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay. I’ll definitely be back!
