We came to the property early with the car just wish can park our car outside and walk about Ksamil until checkin time. The young lady really nice let us check in early 10am put our luggage in the room. Papa and mama they are property owner they gives us some pomegranate from their garden. The room is big and clean with balcony also have kitchen with small electric stove.

great choice! we were 6 persons, in pairs, the house is not modern, but cozy and clean. we all had separate bedrooms, private wc and a large kitchen. I liked the outdoor balcony terrace the most, with a beautiful view, we lived on the top floor. we spent evenings outside undisturbed and were very satisfied. the owners are very helpful and friendly, they don't bother you, but when you needed help they kindly helped. great parking. so we recommend it

If you are looking for a 2 bedroom with a small kitchen. You found your room. Market is very close and you can have your own brekfast. Water heater is nice to have coffee. And also refrigirator is working well.
I went with my little brother and our stay was extremely comfortable. The directions were accurate, the hotel was easy to find, not far from the center at all. The beach was also close, only a couple of minutes away. I was also pleasantly surprised with the hospitality, we arrived earlier than expected and were allowed an early check in. The TV was malfunctioning, and we couldn't find a knife in the kitchen, as soon as I wrote to the owner he helped us in the span of minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel.
We loved our stay at Vila Ori. Extremely friendly family that runs the vila. It was clean, modern, spacious. The location is perfect for a more quiet stay in Ksamil. But 5min walk to everything. Liked our little kitchen, where we could prepare all meals. Would highly recommend.
Our room was very cute and had a nice balcony, where you can sit and dry your wet bikini. There are some parking spots in front of the vila. The location is pretty good to drive to different beaches. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.
A lovely villa with the perfect walking distance from many beaches and center. Our appartment was a decent size for 4 adults, with practical kitchen, nice bathroom and a garden, where we spent most of the time. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will definetely return to this place.

The accommodation is in a great location, close to the center. The owner is very nice and hospitable. The accommodation is excellent, the studio was clean, and they clean it every day. It has kitchen and kitchen utensils, a big terrace, a great bathroom and the studio is big enough. The villa also has a fish restaurant, which was full of guests every night.
Everything was great, the owner was so kind and helpful. The distance from the beach is around 1-1.5 km. It has kitchen which is a big plus. The view from the balcony is amazing. I would book this place again when I am in Ksamil
Room was fully equipped (even kitchen stuff like pan, plates, knives) - AC, TV, refrigerator were working without any problem. Room and bathroom were super clean. The owner of the place was so helpful, positive and kind person. Highly recommended.
