The apartment is situated in a prime area, it offered convenient access to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore during our stay. Everything was perfect. There is no more to say than it is worth every cent paid for this villa. Very close to the beach, new kitchen, new furnitures and the owner is just great. Markets, restaurant are 2 min walking distance. You can grill outside for a perfect group gathering and the yard is just amazing. We didn't need to use the AC thanks to the pine trees. For sure would come back next year)))

The location is excellent, in a quiet place but everything is nearby, including the beach, cafes and restaurants and shops.
I liked everything, it was a very comfortable stay for a family of four. We were able to cook in the kitchen and enjoy an amazing dinner in the terrace. The beach is literally a 3 min away walk, and all the restaurants and bars are also on the sidewalk, where you can spend your evenings with a bit of atmosphere. Overall I recommend booking your holidays in the Premium Apartment Golem, most importantly because it’s a great deal and worth the money.

Very clean modern apartment just 2 min walk from the beach and great communication with the owner, found the place and got the keys very easily. High water pressure in the shower, working air conditioner, plenty of kitchen appliances including a kettle and coffee/sugur. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and linen if needed 10/10!
The property was brand new. The room was nice and clean, with new beds and clean linen, big wardrobe, fridge , tv and air conditioner. The bathroom was contemporary looked like brand new, nice clean towels and hair dryer. There was a nice balcony with a nice view. On the terrace there was a big kitchen and fridge and freezer if you wanted to cook. Our room was on 3rd floor and there was a lift inside the building.
The beach was 5 minutes walk from the property, restaurants and fast food were plenty if you want to eat outside.
The property is well located only 5 min walk to the beach. The room was equipped with all the necessary items and a proper kitchenette to cook a full meal. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very polite and willing to help at any time.
