The staff are friendly, professional and have familiarity with the city. If they do not know something they make the effort to get the information from someone who has the answer. All the staff members are wonderful but I want to specifically name Bogdan and Angelique as being invaluable to making my stay go very well. They are both extremely kind and hard working. In my view staff is the most important component of a successful hotel, and the Queen Bee Hotel certainly has it.

I have never had a better staff or service in Ukraine or elsewhere than this hotel. I came in like a nuclear bomb - my businesses at home were literally on fire - and the front desk staff not only dealt with a flaming insane Irish American, but also did it with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and empathy. Oksana is so good at her job, I would hire her to do mine. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Great maids, great facilities, fantastic restaurant and location, and all around excellent price and service.
