Queen Bee está muy bien situado en el barrio de Shevchenkivskyj, Kiev, a 14 min a pie de Shevchenko Park, a 600 metros de Catedral de San Vladimir y a 9 min a pie de Catedral de Santa Sofía. Immediately warm, genuine and welcoming receptionists, absolute master class hospitality. Kind and eager to ensure guests had anything and everything needed including a non sensationalist but sensible introduction to shelter proceedings amidst the current situation Ukrainians are unfairly enduring. I’m struggling to applaud the hotel and their staff enough as the three day stay for work was simply made better by the standards of comfort and attention we received staying at Queen Bee. Faultless and fantastic, our new default address when working in the fantastic city.

I have never had a better staff or service in Ukraine or elsewhere than this hotel. I came in like a nuclear bomb - my businesses at home were literally on fire - and the front desk staff not only dealt with a flaming insane Irish American, but also did it with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and empathy. Oksana is so good at her job, I would hire her to do mine. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Great maids, great facilities, fantastic restaurant and location, and all around excellent price and service.
