Staff and facilities were great! The breakfast buffet had so many options both western and asian, very delicious. The room was clean but smaller than expected. The hotel has tons of amenities. I used the spa, which was amazing. The hotel was flexible and helpful with checking in and out. Along with being helpful in getting taxis (as blue bird was not as available in my time on the island).

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. We love everything: room is so comfortable, staffs are friendly and professional and location is great. We have travelled to more than 30 countries and stayed in so many different hotels, ruma is definitely our top 3. What makes it outstanding is the amazing staffs and their eyes on details. My husband and I got sick at the first two days of stay. Hotel prepared plain porridge even though it is not at their menu; they noticed I don’t have a bookmark for my book and put one next to my book; we extended our stay for three times ( that also tells how great is the hotel) and they helped us to arrange everything at our most convenience. We couldn’t recommend enough this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. It was spacious and had a nice view (the staff gave us a room with a better view, really nice of him!). The utilities in the room and in the hotel were very useful too.
