Amazing staff, great location in the town near shops and restaurants, and the pool is super relaxing. I met loads of other travelers here and Edie, Eva, and everyone else do a phenomenal job to make sure everyone is comfortable. It was a great place to socialize and connect with people in Port Vila to go on trips with or just hang out with. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Vanuatu as a backpacker or someone on a budget.

Offering free Wi-Fi and free continental breakfast, The Espiritu is located in the heart of Luganville, just 5 minutes' walk from shops, cafes and dive centres. Chef has 20 years experience on cruise line, menu was exceptional. All staff were friendly, efficient and happy. Accommodation was very comfortable, including bedding and pillows. Continental breakfast was included. Lovely pool and bar, outdoor dining, gardens. Location was convenient, bakery across the street. Staff made sure we were safe and secure during Cyclone Lola arrival by supplying towels, flashlights, water. Meals delivered to our room during that unsafe time. Hotel has a generator in case of power outage.

Situated on the waterfront at Fatumaru Bay, Chantillys on the Bay is a 2-minute walk from Port Vila Town Centre. It offers an outdoor pool with sun lounges, a spa and free Wi-Fi access in public... the location is perfect- a short stroll to the town centre and it is a popular pickup zone for many day trips.

Offering simple rooms with ocean views, Bluepango Guest House is just 1km from Erakor Bay. Guests have access to an outdoor pool. You can swim in the pool, or prepare a meal in the communal kitchen. Amazing service from Peter. Quite Simple living, homely and clean. Best place to stay on a budget with private rooms and private cooking areas. You sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves. Lots of buses outside for 150 vatu to go to town. Shops, kava bar and restaurant only a couple minutes walking. Safe and friendly area outside the hustle of town. Love pango

Mike sam and family were extremely welcoming in their home, and you could tell they put genuine effort into making our stay comfortable and memorable. The tree house is awesome with a great view, the functional toilet is a luxury. Would happily stay for much longer in this beautiful part of Tanna. Hotel Santo is an authentic and historic hotel, with is history linked to diving at “President Cooligde”. Hotel Santo is Vanuatu’s Raffles hotel. Staying there is the best base for Santo adventures.

Occupying a prime waterfront location, Grand Hotel and Casino offers air-conditioned rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities were great, some minor issues re main toilets but easily resolved with two other options. Felt safe and welcomed each time we entered and left the premise.

Located just 5 minutes’ walk from Port Vila town centre, The Melanesian Port Vila features a choice of 2 restaurants with cultural entertainment by the poolside. Good breakfast, fresh local fruit. Coffee can improve a little.
