Continental breakfast was included. Lovely pool and bar, outdoor dining, gardens. Location was convenient, bakery across the street. Staff made sure we were safe and secure during Cyclone Lola arrival by supplying towels, flashlights, water. Meals delivered to our room during that unsafe time. Hotel has a generator in case of power outage.

Occupying a prime waterfront location, Grand Hotel and Casino offers air-conditioned rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities were great, some minor issues re main toilets but easily resolved with two other options. Felt safe and welcomed each time we entered and left the premise.

Such a nice laid back atmosphere and super comfy beds (we slept like babies). The common areas are lovely and we just had the best vibe with people. It is also very close by the places in the pictures, there are also some stores right next to it and of course wifi, ac, etc Oh and the laundry was crazy fast and super nicely done!

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of Luganville! Mary Jane was an incredible hostess, who helped me with great recommendations of what to do and visit in Espiritu Santo island during my 3-day stay. Hotel with a great price for what it offers, where I had an amazing time, in a comfy bedroom. The breakfast and dinner options were both very tasty! I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luganville. If one day I come back to Santo, I know just where to stay ;)

Their hospitality is above and beyond what we normally experience around the world! 🌍 You can see AND HEAR the volcano from your room, an unreal experience! Highly recommend staying with them! Located just 5 minutes’ walk from Port Vila town centre, The Melanesian Port Vila features a choice of 2 restaurants with cultural entertainment by the poolside. Good breakfast, fresh local fruit. Coffee can improve a little.
