Located in Vinnytsya, 1.5 km from The National Pirogov's Estate Museum, SMALL HOTEL provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. I have never had a better staff or service in Ukraine or elsewhere than this hotel. I came in like a nuclear bomb - my businesses at home were literally on fire - and the front desk staff not only dealt with a flaming insane Irish American, but also did it with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and empathy. Oksana is so good at her job, I would hire her to do mine. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Great maids, great facilities, fantastic restaurant and location, and all around excellent price and service.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.. Lovely staff at the lounge where I got coffee, cake, snacks, drinks. Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. Fresh towels and complimentary water daily. Extensive breakfast buffet and friendly staff.
