The staff were very friendly, and they welcomed us with apple cider when we arrived and provided some snack in the room when we came back from the Petra archeology site exhausted the next day. it was very thoughtful. The staff also provide the laundry service outside the working hour. I was impressed by their caring of their customers.

Boasting a restaurant and views of city, Luciana Hotel by Bratus is situated in Aqaba, 1 km from Al-Ghandour Beach. The staff was incredibly helpful. They even let us leave our bags at reception 2 days later when we were coming back to Aqaba and had a couple of hours to spare. Hotel was nice, rooms spacious and as expected. Breakfast was satisfactory. Overall good value for money.
