The location is perfect, close to the best parts of Amman but also feels like you’re in more of a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the rooms exceptionally clean. I had a nice view of the city from my balcony. The breakfast was also good. All the staff are friendly and kind. The highlight was the spa, I booked a massage from Abdurrahman who was very skilled. Another time I used the spa facilities only and Hussam was very attentive and dedicated to making sure you are relaxed.

He helped us get airport drop off for a much cheaper price compared to what Uber charged. Beds are super comfy and worth trying them after a long fun day in Amman. You can't beat this location!! It's a walking distance from most touristy attraction. You are surrounded by endless numbers of affordable shops where you won't be able to stop shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel for first timers to Amman because the location is peaceful and near downtown. Plus its easy to take taxi. In addition, the hotel is clean, there is a salon and the staff are helpful and super friendly. Many thanks to Emad for managing my booking and also to Osama and Ayed. Located in the commercial district of Shmeisani, Hilton Amman is contemporary designed hotel within a walking distance from shopping centers. Hilton Amman is a nice hotel with satisfactory facilities. The location is central -though these neighborhood has been less popular in last decade. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had breakfast and lunch, both were very delicious. The hotel is nice but the staff is excellent, and that really impressed me. I was a solo traveler for work and I had no expectations. From check-in to the check-out I was treated very politely. I was given a room upgrade and complementary breakfast. I was checked on by the guest services if everything was going well. Gym/spa staff was kind and helpful. Service staff in the restaurant was kind and disciplined. I was truly impressed and I felt safe.
