Many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We told the checkin staff that we were celebrating our anniversary. They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. Fantastiskt läge, välstädat och rent, fint rum, fina faciliteter, trevlig personal, stort matutbud med två restauranger på hotellet (även om de var ganska dyra). God mat dock! Jättebra frukostbuffé. Extra plus att det fanns flera olika alternativ för mig som är vegan. Trevlig stämning på hotellet! Härlig spaavdelning med perfekt tempererad pool och fräsch bastu.

The use of shipping containers to construct a hotel is absolutely amazing. (4 floors high!!) I loved reading the history of the creator of this design - a New Zealander who got his idea after the 2011 earthquake in Auckland, when the city resorted to repurposing/reusing what they had to rebuild structure. I wandered around for my first 3 hours on the property, just taking photos, with my mouth agape, in awe. The complimentary breakfast, was one of the best I've ever eaten ANYWHERE. So many choices, such delicious home-made granola, all just extraordinary. The plants, the combination of colors, everything was just awe-inspiring. Also, the support staff, were incredibly kind, helpful, and English-proficient. They went out of their ways to be helpful, which I very much appreciated as a 71 year old woman.

Everything. Modern and stylish hotel. Friendly staff. The double room in which I stayed for 3 nights was super clean and comfortable. And the neighbourhood felt very safe to walk around. Highly recommended!

Everything. The staff was really nice, the hotel and the room is very beautiful, the garden is very quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with homemade yogurt, bread and cakes. The price is very good (excelent stay for a more than fair price)
