Fantastiskt läge, välstädat och rent, fint rum, fina faciliteter, trevlig personal, stort matutbud med två restauranger på hotellet (även om de var ganska dyra). God mat dock! Jättebra frukostbuffé. Extra plus att det fanns flera olika alternativ för mig som är vegan. Trevlig stämning på hotellet! Härlig spaavdelning med perfekt tempererad pool och fräsch bastu.

Staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and so comfortable with an amazing view outside the window. The restaurant was fabulous, every dishes we ordered were very delicious. And also morning buffet which had varieties of food, was very good.

Pampa Lodge, Quincho & Caballos har en restaurang och erbjuder boende i Torres del Paine, bara 7 km från ingången till nationalparken. WiFi är gratis. The location of this hotel is absolutely spectacular. The view from the hotel room was just amazing! We took a bus from El Calafate to Puerto Natales and wanted to drive straight to the hotel which is about 1 1/5 hour drive from Natales bus stop. To avoid unnecessary problems and delays, I had coordinated a transfer from and to Puerto Natales bus stop with the hotel. The hotel driver was waiting at the bus stop. We visited Milodon Caves on our way to the hotel (for which we had to pay extra 50 USD - though the caves are just on the road and not extra drive would be necessary. I presume we had to pay for the waiting time). The drive was otherwise perfect. After reaching the hotel we checked in and the stay from there on was just amazing. As already mentioned the location is spectacular, there are interesting and beautiful walks around the hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel restaurant is also very good and offers many options - also vegetarian. Hotel also offers many activities like horse rides, trekking etc. Activities are very good, and like everything else in Patagoina very expensive. It is still worth the money - if you can afford it. The reception staff is very friendly and happy to inform about all the activities available - many activities depend on the weather, and it's better to book them at short notice. We were happy we decided to stay at this hotel instead of staying in Puerto Natales in spite of the this option being a bit expensive. It saved us a lot of time, and we enjoyed the stunning location.
