Carl's Unique Inn & Conference Facilities is a 5-minute drive from Kim Sha Beach, and offers views over Simpson Bay Lagoon and the island’s green hills. Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Will for sure stay there again when visiting the island. Fresh breakfast from the deli below was a bonus :)

Baker's Suites is located in Simpson Bay, steps from the beach, and 5 minutes’ drive from Princess Juliana International Airport. Free WiFi access is available. Location and staff are awesome.
