Kind and eager to ensure guests had anything and everything needed including a non sensationalist but sensible introduction to shelter proceedings amidst the current situation Ukrainians are unfairly enduring. I’m struggling to applaud the hotel and their staff enough as the three day stay for work was simply made better by the standards of comfort and attention we received staying at Queen Bee. Faultless and fantastic, our new default address when working in the fantastic city.

What stood out most was their professionalism when we encountered an issue during our stay. They handled it promptly and efficiently, demonstrating their dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Speaking of the rooms, they are a true testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. The room layouts are thoughtfully designed, with modern and stylish decor that creates a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The furniture is brand new and is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's restaurant on the first floor. Objekat SMALL HOTEL, koji se nalazi u gradu Vinica, na 18 min. hoda od znamenitosti Nacionalni muzej Pirogovog imanja, nudi smeštaj sa zajedničkim salonom, besplatnim privatnim parkingom, barom i... I have never had a better staff or service in Ukraine or elsewhere than this hotel. I came in like a nuclear bomb - my businesses at home were literally on fire - and the front desk staff not only dealt with a flaming insane Irish American, but also did it with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and empathy. Oksana is so good at her job, I would hire her to do mine. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Great maids, great facilities, fantastic restaurant and location, and all around excellent price and service.

Lovely staff at the lounge where I got coffee, cake, snacks, drinks. Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. Fresh towels and complimentary water daily. Extensive breakfast buffet and friendly staff.
