Modern, clean and comfortable! - location is really great! 5 to 10 minute walk (depending on the only traffic light on your path) to bukit bintang!

In particular, a staff member at F&B Cassia Restaurant, Rose, her hospitality is simply top notch and extremely sincere. She was not only patient but very helpful with my and my family's endless stream of questions about Langkawi, our dining options and order, etc. She was truly the icing on our cake for our recent stay in Langkawi. Additionally, my mom, who is not very mobile due to her knee and her leg problems, only had very good things to say as all her needs were fully taken care of promptly and efficiently by the hotel. In all, we really wished we had stayed longer at ParkRoyal Langkawi.

AC in room is very effective and also has ceiling fan. Bathrooms are very spacious and rooms are tastefully decorated and were immaculately clean during our stay. Great location, walking distance to most sights. Helpful and friendly staff throughout hotel. Would recommend.

Easy and fast check-in and out. Nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. We had a two bedroom and we thought it would be like an apartment style, but it's actually more like two separate cojoined rooms with a small common area. Two bathrooms, fridges, water boilers for each room which was very convenient. Each room has their own entrance too! Place was central as well.

Objekat The RIYAZ Lavanya, koji se nalazi u gradu Pantai Čenang, na 2 min. As a second visit to the Riyaz, it did not disappoint. Having previously stayed in a junior suite, this time as travelling with other family we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was huge, had almost everything we required, and was even better than the junior suite. The swimming pool area is great and the staff are very attentive.

Staff and facilities were great! The breakfast buffet had so many options both western and asian, very delicious. The room was clean but smaller than expected. They provided a complimentary drink upon arrival.
