I forgot to get his name but male staff (night shift) was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. He always made sure everything is well. I can’t thank him enough! Hotel was clean and convenient. Great value for money. Will definitely come back !!

Location is close to city center and train station. The room design was very nice, authentic, with retro furniture. The hotel staff extremely polite and helpful. Everything very clean.

Smeštajni objekat Palazzo Keller, na idealnoj lokaciji u Veneciji, u ponudi ima klimatizovane jedinice, vrt, besplatan WiFi i bar. Loved everything about this boutique hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which we didn't expect. The hotel is so nice & quiet and the room was huge with a very comfortable bed. Drinks and snacks are served every evening and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. Didn't want to leave this hotel & will be back in future.
