Every single person we encountered during our stay was friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, ensuring that we had the best possible experience. First and foremost, I have to give special thanks to Mr. Malak, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly extraordinary. His professionalism and genuine care for guests were evident from the start. He took the time to check in with us regularly, making sure we had everything we needed, and even made us feel like we were the hotel’s top priority. His dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience is unparalleled. Mr. Walid also deserves special recognition. He was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on his face, willing to assist with anything we needed. His positive attitude and proactive approach added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Whether it was helping with local recommendations or arranging services with great attention to detail, Mr. Walid and the entire staff worked tirelessly to ensure our experience was flawless. One of the highlights of our stay was the extremely generous late checkout that was offered to us. This thoughtful gesture made our departure so much more relaxed, allowing us to savor our last few hours in the luxurious surroundings. The hotel really goes the extra mile to accommodate guests, showing a level of hospitality that is rarely found elsewhere. The nile view junior suite was amazing with an amazing view and balcony totally recommended !! The facilities themselves were immaculate, from the beautifully designed rooms to the spotless common areas. Every aspect of the hotel was perfect: the food, the ambiance, and the exceptional service from all the staff members.

Nastanitev Djorff Palace je v mestu Luxor in ima zunanji bazen, vrt ter teraso, na voljo pa je tudi brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi. Brilliant location and easy access by river ferry. So close to what we wanted to see. Staff were so pleasant and helpful and made for a very pleasant stay. We had all our meals in the restaurant by the pool where the menu was changed every day. We absolutely loved it. Would definitely come again.

Everything was beyond our expectations from the Reception warm welcome and care provided by Kareem, Taha, Ali, Bishoy, Mohamed, Mohamed II and Karim! The best customers service! We loved the clarity of the sea, never seen such a blue indigo color and the snorkel was fantastic. All food was amazing!

Among Cairo hotels, Steigenberger El Tahrir secures a spectacular location in El Tahrir Square, overlooking the Egyptian museum, minutes away from Khan El Khalili Bazar, and in close proximity to... The hotel is located across the Egyptian Museum, it's as central as it gets, we got upgraded to a suite which was awesome, thank's. There is a gym, spa and pool in the second floor and a full bar and restaurant at the lobby. The breakfast buffet it's very good, lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Situated in Heliopolis, Baron Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV. It features an elegant restaurant with panoramic views of the Baron Empain Palace. The hotel is beyond imagination from the staff and reception staff. all thanks and appreciation are very carefully.
