Everything was good about the property. Close to the boulevard and all attractions in Prishtina. Location, cleanliness and staff were excellent. Gana and Gani were too friendly and it was like a family environment in the hotel.

The staff was polite and attentive, the facilities, the breakfast the restaurant just great. Also the spa area including the indoor pool fantastic.
