Amazing place! The room was clean and comfortable. The area is beautifully decorated. The restaurant has delicious food. Would definitely stay again!

Buena Onda Backpackers is set in San Juan del Sur. Built in 2008, Free WiFi is provided. We loved our stay at Buena Onda! We stayed for a week and appreciated that it was relatively quiet at night, had a great view in the morning, had new and interesting breakfast every day, and had a full kitchen that we used to cook a couple meals at the hostel. The new managers were so helpful with all of our needs, gave us great recommendations (food, surf instructor, etc.) and we met several other interesting travelers there too. It was also great having breakfast with other guests in the common area and allowed for everyone to get to know each other. We also instantly adored their two sweet dogs Bonnie and Max. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We spent my birthday there and it was the perfect place to celebrate it! The staff were lovely and helpful, the pool was amazing, food was tasty and the room was great. Air con was a welcome addition.

Reina was exceptional, she welcomed us to the hotel and made the most delicious dinner for us, she then woke up extra early to prepare breakfast for us before we hiked the volcano. She makes this place as incredible as it is, thank you Reina !

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Secret Garden! It is perfectly located, beautiful, big, comfortable rooms and facilities. The breakfast was lovely, and the owners Monica and Marton were super helpful. They had great recommendations and tips, helped us organise everything we needed and were just so kind, and made this space truly special. It's really a secret garden - one of our new favourite places to stay!!! We can 100% recommend and hope to be back!
