Reina was exceptional, she welcomed us to the hotel and made the most delicious dinner for us, she then woke up extra early to prepare breakfast for us before we hiked the volcano. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice terrace. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It’s located in walking distance from the ferry terminal. I would definitely stay here again.
