The head of the hotel is so attentive and thoughtful. We were so happy in this hotel and so sad to leave!

Hotel San Stefano je luxusný rezort nachádzajúci sa v budove s architektonickou hodnotou. Beautiful beach oasis in a big city. Very well kept both inside and out. Excellent service, multiple restaurants, spa and all staff really great. The direct beach access is fantastic and both the hotel and villas offer wonderfully comfortable accommodation choices.

The property was very convenient with many amenities available and only 1km walk to one of Cairo’s largest shopping malls “citystars”. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean which is one of my main priorities. The water pressure in the shower was amazing which is very rare in Cairo.
