Everything was beyond our expectations from the Reception warm welcome and care provided by Kareem, Taha, Ali, Bishoy, Mohamed, Mohamed II and Karim! The best customers service! We loved the clarity of the sea, never seen such a blue indigo color and the snorkel was fantastic. All food was amazing!

The hotel were very accommodating and the tours and drivers they helped us organise were perfectly suited to us. The restaurant was great value for money and the food and staff were fabulous (especially Shahd and Christine) The staff throughout our stay were always friendly and always smiling

Hotel San Stefano je luxusný rezort nachádzajúci sa v budove s architektonickou hodnotou. At first, I want to thank Noursin and Ahmed Khalid at the restaurant for their always smiling faces and perfect service. They were great. The breakfast was pretty enough, could have had a little more options. Beach was fabulous.
