I loved the services. They were top notch. The staffs were super helpful, very nice and cordial. I’m all about cleanliness and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very generous. They had all the options you may need. The location was super great and there was an ATM inside the hotel. The spa service was very good. I also loved their appliances, particularly the bedside lamp that you can put on and off without pressing a button. Overall, it was a very good choice.

The facilites are perfectly maintained. This is my eight trip to Marsa Alam and this hotel has been the best so far. Well done all of you and especially the great gala night for christmas. Great memories have been made.

Located a bit far from downtown and the shops, but u can always get an Uber really fast so it was not a problem. Service in the hotel is top professional, always trying to make the guest feel like they aren’t needing to do anything special thanks to Maryam guest relations Pool area very clean. I will give this place 5/5 start at anytime, would recommend it for everyone.

Jaz Pyramids Resort is a quiet garden resort built on 48,000 sqm of gardens in the heart of Giza Egypt, located 3 minutes away from the Grand Egyptian Museum, 5 minutes away from The Pyramids and... We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and the staff went out of their way to ensure that are comfortable. My husband celebrated his birthday during our stay and the Restaurant staff baked him a cake. That was very special. The food is varied and of excellent quality. The resort is simply beautiful! The rooms are comfortable and everything that you need is there. Good water pressure and the aircon works perfect. The swimming pool is clean every day. There is a bar available and evening entertainment. We loved this hotel and would return when given the opportunity.
