Among Cairo hotels, Steigenberger El Tahrir secures a spectacular location in El Tahrir Square, overlooking the Egyptian museum, minutes away from Khan El Khalili Bazar, and in close proximity to... I loved the services. They were top notch. The staffs were super helpful, very nice and cordial. I’m all about cleanliness and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very generous. They had all the options you may need. The location was super great and there was an ATM inside the hotel. The spa service was very good. I also loved their appliances, particularly the bedside lamp that you can put on and off without pressing a button. Overall, it was a very good choice.

Our stay was part of our honeymoon and when we arrived and mentioned this to the hotel’s staff, they were so happy to accommodate us during this visit and they upgraded us free of charge from a side Nile room view to a full facing Nile river view which was an amazing gesture. I would like to take this opportunity to thank both Maviey and Clara for their support and help while my wife was feeling a little ill as they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, along with their best wishes; their support helped so much as well as the consistent daily fruit baskets which were sent to us and really helped my wife feel better. Everybody who works at the hotel is so friendly and caring which is very rare to see these days even in 5 stars hotel. Another thank you goes to Marianne who gave the best possible massage experience on an almost daily basis to my wife. Her back and neck pain has been alleviated thanks to the perfectly performed Swedish massage sessions. This hotel might just be one of the best hotels we have stayed in, it is clean and tidy with constant great service from the reception and inside the restaurant whose employees are always cheerful and welcoming. Both my wife and myself would like to thank the entire hotel staff for providing us with the best experience in Egypt, it was our pleasure to have stayed for 2 weeks in such a beautiful palace with such a friendly atmosphere.

Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, the owner marina and staff were so accommodating. We felt very comfortable and peaceful while staying there. Wonderful breakfast and our Sapphire room was stunning 😍 West Bank doesn’t have all the hustle and bustle that is over in East Bank, and it’s more local, getting the authentic Egyptian feel. There’s a complementary boat to take you across East Bank and into the busy chaos where taxi drivers and horse cart drivers start to haggle to take you around. We just wanted to take some cash out 😂 and got spoken to by 4 different people within 10mins. If you like quiet and relaxation, the I’d recommend to stay here. If you like night life and easy access to everything then perhaps East Bank.

We had all-inclusive package. I liked variety of food, beverages, free mini bar and free laundry 😀 Staff works a lot, they are kind and professional. I found this resort via booking.com. It was the high score 9.6 and beautiful photos of architecture and interior that convinced me. At the spot it was even more breathtaking!
