The beach is beautiful and you pick your own beach chairs and they are reserved for you for your entire stay so you don't have to worry about finding chairs each day. You could not pick a better resort on the whole island!

Carl's Unique Inn & Conference Facilities is a 5-minute drive from Kim Sha Beach, and offers views over Simpson Bay Lagoon and the island’s green hills. Very nice Hotel with very friendly hotel staff, always ready to help. Rooms are clean and cozy. Loved it! The breakfast is great as well: You get a voucher and can go downstairs to the bakery for a hot drink, a cold drink, pastry of your choice and a sandwich custom made to your choice. I always took half of my breakfast to the beach as a snack. I had a very nice time here, would book it again! To get around it's best to take the bus from the main road. That works without problems and it is just a 10 min walk to the bus stop.

Acest hotel tip boutique este situat chiar pe plaja Great Bay din St. Maarten şi oferă camere spaţioase cu TV cu ecran plat de 30 inch cu canale prin cablu. Listennnn....i loved hospitality. The staff was the absolute friendliest!!!!! But Taje/Tarje, idk how to spell it, but he was the life of Holland house!! The location is perfect. Everything is a stone's throw away and dont get me started about the food... 10/10....dont go expecting a whole wiiiiiide range, but what they have is really good

Everything i been staying at PRINCESS HEIGHTS for years and is always pleased ..never fome in contact with staff othercthan at the check-in process with the receptionist .Very pleasant and professional 👌. Place very quite and peaceful no disruption never see other guess itsvlike we are the only occupants 😄.Just love ❤️ this place.

The front desk receptionist was very helpful and professional and made the stay very comfortable. The room was wonderful, clean, and came with a great view. There was also great parking on the premesis.
