Thoughtful provision of Tuk-tuk rides to Siam paragon even though it is really near, saved us walking in the heat! Extremely polite staff, very clean throughout. Very comfortable beds, bathroom was huge and we had a choice of tub and shower. Quality bath products. Recycling bin in bathroom. Complimentary mini-bar and snacks. Good variety for breakfast.

Beyond expectation. The hotel was super clean. Early checkin with no fee. While waiting to complete the check in we were offered a free soft welcome drink. The bed in our deluxe room was super comfy, and the room was spacious. Great view from the 22nd floor. The room was perfectly sound proof so we had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is just perfect.

The hotel was very clean and with lots of green spaces. The boat -taxi was very convenient but it would be even more perfect if it could go to other parts of the city. It was very helpful that there were shops inside the hotel for food and drinks with nice dishes and a wide variety. The king size bed was the best. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
