A max radius of 35 min walking to the farthest main point from the hotel (Vatican City) the rest is a 20-25 min walk. Also, it’s 10 min walk to trastevere which holds most restaurants. Also, the staff was very nice and friendly specially Charles.

We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite and were amazed by the room. From our window, we could see small canals, and the building has preserved its original architecture, beautifully decorated to match. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast room is equally stunning. Be sure to enjoy a drink prepared by Carlos—you won’t regret it!

From the get-go the staff was very warm and welcoming, especially the cleaning staff were very diligent. The room was neat, and cozy and the books are cute touches. I loved the hanging plant at the entrance. The hotel is eco-friendly and I wish they can incorporate the plants in the rooms too. In this difficult economy the mini bar is free, which is extremely rare or even unheard of and on top of that they offer complementarily natural water which gets replaced and I was pleasantly surprised when i noticed that. I also loved the juices they had at breakfast very refreshing. Lastly, the complementarily chocolates and the note. It shows the extra care they take in satisfying their customers. I highly recommend this hotel, i know they are fairly new and i hope they keep up with this amazing service. It is definitely worth the price you pay for. The location is very well connected with multiple trams.

The room looks great, hardwood floors, beautiful bathroom tiles, quality equipment. Just a few steps from the lake and the ferry pier. Feels fresh and warm.
