The hotel was very clean, room looks according to the picture, bed was comfortable, shower with hot water, new well flushing toilet. Included breakfast was nice and freshly made (unlike other hotels). Staff was very helpful, always smiling. The door guy was extremely nice.

Boasting a garden, Refugio del Jaguar is situated in Medellín in the Antioquia region, 100 metres from El Poblado Park and 600 metres from Lleras Park. This has been, so far, one of the best accomodations I’ve experienced in Colombia! The staff is incredible! They always call you by your name and are interested to know about your plans for the day. Before arriving, Tatiana sends you loads of cool recommendations about Medellin, including restaurants and day trips. The decor is super! It’s a great place to chill out after experiencing chaotic Medellin. Breakfast changes everyday and it’s always filling! The location is also great, nearby the metro and right in the middle of El Poblado. Thank you so much for everything!

Facing the beachfront, Sofitel Barú Calablanca offers 5-star accommodation in Cartagena de Indias and features a garden, private beach area and terrace. I have spent a wonderful 4-day stay at Sofitel Calablanca and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and kind, always willing to assist with a smile. The premises are beautifully maintained, and my room offered a breathtaking view of the pools and a pristine beach. My mornings were made special with early strolls along the beach, followed by delicious breakfasts at Cala Blanca restaurant. I must extend my heartfelt thanks to William and Juan for their impeccable service; they truly made me feel welcomed and at home. A special mention must go to Yuris Torreglosa from housekeeping, who ensured our lodging was neat and comfortable every day, she is no doubt a great asset for Sofitel. The thoughtful touch of red fruits tea each day was a delightful treat that added to the overall excellence of my stay. I leave Sofitel Calablanca with nothing but gratitude for their wonderful work. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made my journey a truly memorable one. Thank you to all the staff, and I look forward to my next visit.

In a prime location in the centre of Santa Marta, Comunidad Calle 13 Hotel Boutique offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a terrace. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. Excellent place! Everyone supper attentive and helpful (all the receptionists and cleaners super nice). Rooms extra clean and well maintained! Super rich and always fresh breakfast (including 5 types of fruits, eggs the way you like it and some carbs). All day coffee/tea and water for everyone in the hotel. Small but well maintained pool with little jacuzzi part.
