Everything works, the staff is great, everyone greets you with a smile, and the venue and location are 10/10. Our room was large enough, with a super-king bed. We were traveling with our kids (4 and 2 years old), and they added a bed at no extra cost. The kids' villa (or kids' club) was also great for the kids, they enjoyed every minute there. There was always someone there to help you. Would 100% stay again.

Everything was fantastic! The hotel is beautifully decorated and very cosy. Every team member we spoke to was incredibly polite, warm and fun. English and Spanish are accommodated. The room was lovely with a ceiling fan and lovely bathroom with a very good shower. The rooms don't have windows to reduce noise from the neighborhood which helped me to sleep very soundly. Breakfast was a simple but delicious local selection of arepas, eggs, etc. I just loved the place and the people working there.

Great location, very peaceful area, great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed. We really liked the breakfast, healthy options. Best hotel we stayed in Colombia. Great staff!!
