Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina er klassifisert med 5 stjerner, og ligger sentralt, ved siden av nasjonalteateret og parlamentsbygningen. Personalet var meget hyggelige, gjestfrie og vi følte oss veldig velkommen. Vi fikk et smil og et "hei' uansett hvor vi beveget oss og det virket som at de var glade for å ha oss der. De ansatte åpnet / holdt dørene for oss og bærte bagasjen vår rett opp til rommet. De var veldig profesjonelle, vennlige og snakket bra engelsk. Det var lett å finne fram, var romslig og pent innredet.

Interiøret bar preg av en minimalistisk og moderne stil, som så helt nytt ut og var veldig rent. Stadig kontakt med utleier, som svarte på under minuttet. Nøyaktig forklaring på begge språk ble sendt over.
