Set on a hillside overlooking Dawn Beach, Princess Heights Luxury Condo Hotel offers accommodation with Caribbean Sea views. It features an outdoor swimming pool and a gym. Everything. It was a wonderful experience. Saskia waited for us for 1h because of a flight delay. She was awesome. if you order breakfast (10$ pp) they bring it to you in the room so you can have it waterfront. Amazing. Warm croissants, yogurt, butter, marmelade, coffee and Juice. The room was large, bed comfortable (king size) and idromassage in the tub.

This boutique hotel is located right on Great Bay Beach, St. Maarten, and offers spacious rooms with 30-inch flat-screen cable TVs. Captain Hodge Pier is a 7-minute drive away. Everything about this property is great. It is close to shopping on Front Street and located along the boardwalk. There are food options along the boardwalk as well. The restaurant here is also very good but their bartender, Harber, is the best. Overall, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Please note that this hotel is in a shopping area so it gets really quiet once everything closes—it’s not in a lively neighborhood.

Carl's Unique Inn & Conference Facilities is a 5-minute drive from Kim Sha Beach, and offers views over Simpson Bay Lagoon and the island’s green hills. Very nice Hotel with very friendly hotel staff, always ready to help. Rooms are clean and cozy. Loved it! The breakfast is great as well: You get a voucher and can go downstairs to the bakery for a hot drink, a cold drink, pastry of your choice and a sandwich custom made to your choice. I always took half of my breakfast to the beach as a snack. I had a very nice time here, would book it again! To get around it's best to take the bus from the main road. That works without problems and it is just a 10 min walk to the bus stop.
