Kind and eager to ensure guests had anything and everything needed including a non sensationalist but sensible introduction to shelter proceedings amidst the current situation Ukrainians are unfairly enduring. I’m struggling to applaud the hotel and their staff enough as the three day stay for work was simply made better by the standards of comfort and attention we received staying at Queen Bee. Faultless and fantastic, our new default address when working in the fantastic city.

New good quality mattress, not that old spring ones. 4. Breakfast buffet with that panoramic view form the 8th floor. 5.rooftop pool was our favorite to do in the hotel. 6.we loved all about the spa, thoughtful location of each room (especially volcano stones sauna’s evergreen trees)

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.. Lovely staff at the lounge where I got coffee, cake, snacks, drinks. Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. Fresh towels and complimentary water daily. Extensive breakfast buffet and friendly staff.
