Location was great- a short walk to the castle and lots of restaurants.

The staff were friendly, Most especially Hatixhe (Receptionist), who went above and beyond to make my vacation wonderful, gave me early check-in time on short notice, and several tips for my stay that saved me over 100 Euros. She was awesome and I will definitely refer friends and family here.
