Od recepcije, portira i svih ostalih. Posebno čistačice koje su jako pedantne i čiste. Ima spa koji je u cijeni s sobom pa se isto može koristiti. Hotel je u blizini centra pa se može ići pješke na trg što je velika prednost i hotel ima svoju garažu za auto.

Sve je bilo čisto i uredno i na svaki upit smo imali brzi odgovor. Vecera je bila moguća s dostavom u sobu ,a hrana je fenomenalna. Odmor nam je bio veliki užitak.

I was impressed by the care shown by the staff to all the guests. They were always helpful no matter how small the requests. The service at dinner was excellent and the waiter was willing to explain the menu and wine list. Nothing felt rushed. The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. Compared to the breakfast I had at a five star hotel in Tirana, the breakfast offered at this hotel was superior, especially the unlimited amount of fresh coffee. Two things about the hotel impressed greatly. The building. Every room was artistically designed and the quality of the workmanship was top notch. The same can be said for the infinity pool. In my travels i have rarely seen an equal. It is obvious that the hotel has been created as an act of love. Finally. I found the system of each customer having a private phone account with which they can contact the hotel managers 24 hours a day. This was extremely useful when visiting Vlore. No problem with getting a taxi back to the hotel late at night.
