The staff are clearly highly trained on top-notch customer service. Anna Laura was at the check-in, Dennis who was at the door, Carlo at the breakfast restaurant, and the other staff were all helpful and friendly. We didn't know the names of the other staff, but they were all helpful and warm. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Housekeeping did a terrific job. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and tasty. The location is amazing. Literally a minute from the Trevi Fountain, a walking distance to Piazza Venicia that leads you to the Collesium, Spanish Steps, and a host of other must-visit places. There are also so many streets for shopping just nearby.

21 House of Stories Navigli has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Milan. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they upgraded us for free to the best room of the hotel, which was super huge and pretty. They even gave us some free cakes and a birthday card. The buffet breakfast was fantastic as well. Wish we had stayed longer. Would totally recommend

Well situated in the San Lorenzo district of Florence, II Guelfo Bianco is set less than 1 km from Piazza della Signoria, a 6-minute walk from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 200 metres from... We loved everything. Staff were wonderful. Excellent breakfast. Very comfy bed and spotlessly clean. 5 mins walk to Duomo Piazza.

Located in Mandello del Lario and with Lido Mandello del Lario reachable within 500 metres, Locanda Alberti provides express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout... The property was beautiful! a real gem. Very clean. We loved the patio. Super close to the lake and restaurants. We loved it!

Everything was perfect. Staff was amazing, friendly. The breakfast was very local, tasty and different in every day. The location is near 5min walk from the center. And, of course, Palermo is awesome.

Situated conveniently in Florence, Hotel La Gemma offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. La Gemma has a fantastic location, literally 2min walk from many of the main sights. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful - making us feel cherished and right at home. The design of the hotel and rooms is gorgeous, while being practical; and I like the attention to detail. Will definitely be back!

The attention to detail was excellent, the property is beautiful, and the level of customer service was amazing. Paul, the owner, greeted us upon our arrival and suggested some wonderful places to dine... all of them were delicious! 😋 I have already recommended Hotel Maximus to a friend who's traveling to Rome next year. The location is great. Close to Termini Station, stop #1 for the hop-on-hop-off bus, and lots of fabulous shops and dining options.
