The hotel is perfect for relaxing. It has any kind of comfort one can think. We loved the Spa during our stay. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a large and comfy sofa, and a nice balcony. Beds were extremely comfortable and very large. Staff was very helpful, cheerful and prompt to meet any requests we could have. Breakfast was huge and very tasty. Perfect value quality-money. A special thanks to the guys at the reception who help us a lot navigating the roads on Tirana.

Everything during our stay here was simply phenomenal. The breakfast was great, the beds and room were great, clean, the spa facilities were nice. But most of all I have to thank the staff. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, to a level that you don't often experience. They really do their absolute best to make you feel comfortable. Plus, besides this, they displayed a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Tirana.
