The hotel is around 15 minutes walking distance away from the main atractions in Tirana. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpfull and kind. The breakfast is perfect and the spa is really relaxing. One of the best facilities we've ever had chance to stay in. We will never look for another hotel if we ever go back to Tirana!

The Breakfast was one of the exciting things about my experience. I loved that breakfast slot was from 7am - 11am which gives guest time to have breakfast. The Location was good as there are bus stop close to the hotel which is 4mins, and 8 minutes walk away. The staff are very attentive and responsive. Offering me a welcome drink to help with dehydration when I arrived was a top-notch customer experience feeling for me. On my first day, I did not have a charging adapter and I asked for one, I was directed to a store where I could buy it. On my 3rd day, I wanted to have a taste of the local cuisine and I asked the receptionist for recommendations which they gave me

You can see that the owners really care about what they are doing and the experience they give to the guests. From the design, amenities and cleanliness of the room, to the fantastic breakfast they serve you in the terrace with views to the valley (they cook breakfast on the spot for you, it's really 10/10). The whole experience was great! Can't recommend this place enough!
