The hotel is very clean, trendy, and the rooms are lovely but what made our stay extra special is the proactivity and hospitality of the staff. From the reception to maintenance, they were all amazing and this made our stay extra comfortable. Also, highly appreciated that the hotel is NOT guest friendly, this gave us extra peace of mind as a family. Thank you!

Il boato hotel è un sogno, le camere sono molto curate, la vista eccezionale, non era bel tempo ma ne è valsa comunque la pena! I ragazzi sono stati molto cordiali e attenti alle nostre esigenze , il servizio in camera è gratuito e la colazione inclusa nel prezzo prevede un piatto salato a scelta e un caffè! Bravi ragazzi tutto perfetto

L’hôtel è un pieno centro e comodo per visitare qualsiasi luogo. Ambiente molto originale con arredamento semplice ma perfetto in ogni dettaglio. Personale sempre disponibile ed accogliente al massimo, è come stare in casa. Super consigliato e quando visiterò nuovamente Medellin di sicuro prenoterò qui.
