The communication with the staff is really nice. They are very polite and helpful. They always gave us some suggestions on travelling to the certain locations, tourist areas. Our room was really nice, like old fashion style with a nice smell of wood which was really pleasant. The inn is well located and all the tourist places are really close. We really enjoyed the stay a lot.

Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. From the beginning until the end of our stay, all of the personnel interacted with in the hotel were top notch. I have never encountered such hospitable people and the whole staff really went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Lily organized all of our excursions & airport transfers perfectly and gave us an itinerary on how to spend our three days the best way. Some of the staff do not speak english, however they were very helpful with a translation app. They were able to check us in at 11AM and even provided us with shower facilities after checkout in the evening. I loved everything about our stay and can 100% recommend this hotel with my heart.

We needed some documents printed and we struggled to find the printing place. Steven took us to the store and even stayed to translate. This hotel is relatively affordable considering it's a chain. Close to the airport. Spacious and has everything you needed. Breakfast was great too with a large selection of chinese and western foods.
