I was at the hotel for Business for 11 days and throughout my stay - they were both exceptionally warm and they ensured that I had a home-away-from-home like experience. Johnathan even drew up simple to understand maps for me for off-work/touristy excursions for the weekends. This was exceptionally thoughtful of him and I couldn't be more thankful. Definitely staying at the property next time I am in Shenzhen.

Very clean and well located right next to Sun Plaza Department Store and the famous Dongmen Pedestrian street. Staff were incredibly polite, accommodating and always greeted with a smile. There is some construction work downstairs and in the area, but it's during controlled times and there is a notice to all guests about the noise, but honestly, we barely heard anything! Will highly recommend and also easily accessible to transport and taxis. A bonus is that there's a gym on the 9th floor for all guests to use.

Clean and luxurious for reasonable money. Breakfast is varied. Indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, hammam, spa, gyms. Everything you could dream of is available. We had a wonderful week and will return next time only here.
