Very nice hotel clean and comfortable table bed, great swimming pool, the staff very friendly to helping us with everything, tour and motorbike rental and train tickets to Luang Prabang , I would come back stay here again.

My stay at Phailin was perfect! The premises are immaculately clean. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel reception was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great. They offered a nice complimentary breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel is also nicely located next to shops and restaurants. The night market is a short 10 minute walk. The hotel can also help with tours and transportation back to the airport. I would most definitely stay again.
