Il Guelfo Bianco si trova in una buona posizione nel quartiere San Lorenzo di Firenze, a meno di 1 km da Piazza della Signoria, a 6 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore e a 200... L'hotel è molto carino e vicino al centro. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Le camere sono molto pulite. Lo consiglio fortemente.

The clear and informative instructions to find and access the suite were the best we have ever received. Clean and comfortable facilities. Friendly welcome and assistance we received.

Staff was amazing, friendly. The breakfast was very local, tasty and different in every day. The location is near 5min walk from the center. And, of course, Palermo is awesome.

The attention to detail was excellent, the property is beautiful, and the level of customer service was amazing. Paul, the owner, greeted us upon our arrival and suggested some wonderful places to dine... all of them were delicious! 😋 I have already recommended Hotel Maximus to a friend who's traveling to Rome next year. The location is great. Close to Termini Station, stop #1 for the hop-on-hop-off bus, and lots of fabulous shops and dining options.

The property was beautiful! a real gem. Very clean. We loved the patio. Super close to the lake and restaurants. We loved it!

The design of the hotel and rooms is gorgeous, while being practical; and I like the attention to detail. Will definitely be back!

The staff are clearly highly trained on top-notch customer service. Anna Laura was at the check-in, Dennis who was at the door, Carlo at the breakfast restaurant, and the other staff were all helpful and friendly. We didn't know the names of the other staff, but they were all helpful and warm. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Housekeeping did a terrific job. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and tasty. The location is amazing. Literally a minute from the Trevi Fountain, a walking distance to Piazza Venicia that leads you to the Collesium, Spanish Steps, and a host of other must-visit places. There are also so many streets for shopping just nearby.

It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they upgraded us for free to the best room of the hotel, which was super huge and pretty. They even gave us some free cakes and a birthday card. The buffet breakfast was fantastic as well. Wish we had stayed longer. Would totally recommend
