A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Nature Our family of four (two adults and two children) had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is truly one of the best in the area. Nestled in the forest and surrounded by breathtaking nature, the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the lift to the Seven Rila Lakes. The rooms are cozy and impeccably clean, offering a welcoming atmosphere after a day of exploring. The service throughout our stay was exceptional – every detail was taken care of with great professionalism. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and while the breakfast was fairly basic, it was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this type. Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel when we visit the area again. Just a few additional notes for future guests: • There are no air conditioners in the rooms. • The mattresses are quite soft (for our family). • There is no elevator. • The spa is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Overall, none of these points were an issue for us, but they are good to be aware of when planning your stay.

We had an amazing time to this new and super modern hotel. We had a last minute upgrade to the super loft and we had an amazing room, super spacious and clean. The hotel is on a great location. All the landmarks are on a walkable distance and some modern cafes and bars are nearby also. We wanted to use the parking but the guy on the reception told us to leave the car in front and that it is safe and so we did just that. Everyone in the hotel was helpful with really good attitude. A really good and value for money choice.
