Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.. Lovely staff at the lounge where I got coffee, cake, snacks, drinks. Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. Fresh towels and complimentary water daily. Extensive breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

SMALL HOTEL er staðsett í Vinnytsya, 1,5 km frá safninu Pirogov's Estate Museum, og býður upp á gistingu með sameiginlegri setustofu, ókeypis einkabílastæði, veitingastað og bar. I have never had a better staff or service in Ukraine or elsewhere than this hotel. I came in like a nuclear bomb - my businesses at home were literally on fire - and the front desk staff not only dealt with a flaming insane Irish American, but also did it with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and empathy. Oksana is so good at her job, I would hire her to do mine. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Great maids, great facilities, fantastic restaurant and location, and all around excellent price and service.

ARDEN PALACE Medical Resort & SPA er staðsett í Satanov og býður upp á bar og ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna á gististaðnum. Gististaðurinn er með veitingastað, sameiginlega setustofu, gufubað og heitan pott.... It's a great place for a short break away from the city. Highly recommend!

Plenty of storage space in the room, spacious bathroom. Very helpful and experienced staff! Mind blowing cuisine: excellent breakfasts! Beautiful rooftop bar with a nice terrace!

Queen Bee er þægilega staðsett í Shevchenkivskyj-hverfinu í Kyiv, 1,2 km frá Shevchenko-garðinum, 600 metra frá St. Volodymyr-dómkirkjunni og minna en 1 km frá Saint Sophia-dómkirkjunni. New, clean rooms, contemporary classic furniture, nice design of the room. I stayed in the standard double room: large bed and lots of space to move around. At first I was concerned that the street would be busy, but it turned out to be a quiet street with not much traffic. If you go up the road from the hotel, there's a busy commercial street with many shops and cafés. Taxi to the Kyiv train station takes 7 minutes. In short: highly recommend. Will stay again.
