We felt warmly welcomed and treated very well by the statff; from the Concierge, to the FO, to the F&B, up to the Housekeeping. We’re also grateful to the hotel team, Guest Relations, for going the extra mile to make my wife’s birthday celebration more memorable. We appreciate every detail and each one of you. We could only hope for more success ahead for the hotel.

Ezdan Palace Hotel offers easy access to the city’s main business and entertainment districts, making it the prime location to discover the ever-growing capital of Qatar. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my booking but they handled it professionally. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was well isolated so you wouldn't hear anything that was happening outside. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice bath that could open to the room. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and calm. Breakfast was very nice, it had lots of options and variety..
