Kareem and his mates at the reception desk were so friendly and supportive.

There was an issue with my booking but they handled it professionally. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was well isolated so you wouldn't hear anything that was happening outside. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice bath that could open to the room. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and calm. Breakfast was very nice, it had lots of options and variety..

We’re also grateful to the hotel team, Guest Relations, for going the extra mile to make my wife’s birthday celebration more memorable. We appreciate every detail and each one of you. We could only hope for more success ahead for the hotel.
