Staff was ok, but they can be better... breakfast was good, and the restaurant in general. They helped me to get a e-bike.

Service was excellent. Property had just reopened after the flooding so we were the only guests for those nights. Manager was ready to advise and assist us to have overall great experience at Inle Lake. Breakfast on the rooftop was very generous also.
