We love everything: room is so comfortable, staffs are friendly and professional and location is great. We have travelled to more than 30 countries and stayed in so many different hotels, ruma is definitely our top 3. What makes it outstanding is the amazing staffs and their eyes on details. My husband and I got sick at the first two days of stay. Hotel prepared plain porridge even though it is not at their menu; they noticed I don’t have a bookmark for my book and put one next to my book; we extended our stay for three times ( that also tells how great is the hotel) and they helped us to arrange everything at our most convenience. We couldn’t recommend enough this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.

The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful and constantly full of happiness, nothing was too much trouble. There are lots of attention to detail as well, free snacks in your room, little notes on the desk, free Christmas Eve buffet, free kiting, all you need in terms of booking tours and scooters. Live entertainment on select evenings too. Free drink voucher on arrival at the bar.

Set 3.6 km from Telaga Harbour in Kampung Padang Masirat, The Smith House features a restaurant and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. The room was lovely. The bed incredibly comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean with a huge shower. The decor and feel of the whole hotel were fabulous. The staff were polite, friendly and attentive. The restaurant served wonderful food cooked fresh and presented beautifully and it all tasted as good as it looked. A huge choice was offered at breakfast. All fabulous quality. We enjoyed the rooftop pool. The views were amazing and there were lots of sunbeds.
