Lokasinya jadi salah satu aset terbaik Can Pastilla, mengingat hanya berselang 5 menit berkendara dari bandara Palma de Mallorca dan 10 menit berkendara dari Kota Tua Palma. Meskipun sekarang banyak yang datang ke pantai emasnya dan menginap di hotel, 60 tahun yang lalu Can Pastilla cuma sebuah desa nelayan yang kecil, tak lebih dari sebuah desa mungil yang berada di sekitar gereja San Antonio de la Playa. Can Pastilla juga terbilang lebih tenang dan damai dibandingkan resor lain di wilayah itu.
